About Me
I specialise in providing compassionate, professional counselling for adults over 18, supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. My practice focuses on helping those impacted by domestic violence and childhood trauma, as well as parents and anyone experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or loss. I offer an inclusive, person-centred, and trauma-informed approach, tailoring support to your unique story and needs.
Drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities - including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Gestalt - I work collaboratively with you to foster insight, self-understanding, and positive change. I am also experienced in facilitating respected parenting programs including Keeping Kids in Mind, Circle of Security, Triple P, and Tuning into Kids and Teens, enabling me to support families and caregivers in strengthening their relationships.
I hold Clinical Registration with PACFA (Psychotherapist and Counselling Federation of Australia) and my qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science (Psych/Soc) and a Graduate Diploma of Counselling (ACAP).
I am endlessly fascinated by people’s stories and consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients on their journey towards healing and connection. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or as a parent, you’ll find a safe, empathetic space where your experiences are valued and respected.
