Yes, anything discussed in counselling is confidential between the therapist and the client. The only exception to this is if a person, especially a child, is at risk of significant harm or if notes are subpoened through a Court of Law.

Yes, I offer both online (using Microsoft Teams) and telephone sessions if this is preferred by the client.

At this time counselling cannot be claimed through Medicare, however some private Health Insurers do provide rebates on counselling - please check with your provider.

If you cancel with a minimum of 48hrs notice, there will be no fee charged. If you cancel within 48hrs, a 50% fee will be charged for the session.

Yes, clients of any nationality, sexuality and religious belief are welcome.

As my focus is on person centred therapy, I will follow your lead and regularly check in to see how you are feeling. You will always be in the drivers seat and can choose to cease therapy at any time of your choosing.
