These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. About Our Services
Pebble Lane Therapy provides professional counselling and psychotherapy services delivered by Michele Brownsberger, a PACFA Registered Clinical Counsellor and NSW Government Victim Services Approved Counsellor.
Our services include individual counselling, trauma support, anxiety and depression counselling, grief support, relationship counselling, and self-esteem work. Services are provided in person at The Lotus Centre, Brookvale NSW, and may also be available via telehealth.
3. Not a Crisis Service
Important: Pebble Lane Therapy is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact:

4. Website Use

5. Appointments and Cancellations
Booking: Appointments can be made via our website contact form, by phone, or by email. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation from us.
Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or failure to attend without notice, may incur a cancellation fee of up to the full session fee.
Late arrivals: If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time and the full fee will apply.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances, and will provide as much notice as possible.
6. Fees and Payment
Our current session fees are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods as advised. Receipts are provided upon request and may be used for private health insurance claims where applicable.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared in counselling sessions is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or health information to third parties without your consent, except in the following circumstances:
Where we are required by law (e.g. mandatory reporting of child abuse or risk of serious harm).
Where there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.
For the purposes of clinical supervision (de-identified).

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Pebble Lane Therapy or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
