Services

Counselling should feel like an honest conversation — warm, respectful, and focused on what matters most to you.

Together, we’ll explore practical tools and gentle insights that turn confusion into clarity, so you can move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Individual Counselling

60 minutes

$160

You might seek counselling for support with relationships, major life changes, parenting challenges, grief and loss, addiction, or feelings such as low mood, loneliness, anxiety, or depression.

Using a person-centred and trauma-informed approach, I will tailor your therapy to your individual needs. This means I prioritise your experiences and strengths, ensuring that therapy moves at your pace and respects your unique background. My main focus is providing clients with a supportive and compassionate environment, where they can build trust and feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings.

Couples Counselling

Initial session - 90 minutes - $250

Subsequent sessions - 60 minutes - $200

For couples counselling, I use the Gottman Couples Therapy model which offers a structured and evidence-based approach to improving relationships. This model is grounded in decades of research and focuses on helping couples strengthen their friendship, manage conflict constructively, and build shared meaning together.

During sessions, I will guide couples through practical exercises and discussions that address communication patterns, emotional connection, and problem-solving skills. The aim is to foster understanding, trust, and resilience in the relationship, supporting couples to navigate challenges and enhance their partnership for the long term.

Victim Services

Victims Services counselling offers government-funded therapy to individuals impacted by crime. Experiencing violence can be deeply traumatic, and counselling provides a supportive space to process both emotional and physical responses to these events.

With a trauma-informed and person-centred approach, I prioritise restoring a sense of safety and gently guide clients as they navigate their path forward.

Eligible primary, secondary, and family victims can access an initial allocation of 22 hours of counselling.

If you believe you may qualify for Victims Services counselling, applications can be made online through the Victims Services website.
